Appeal for information after burglary at business in Long Melford

Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information following a theft from a rural business in Long Melford.

Sometime between 6.30pm on Monday 13 July and 5.20am on Tuesday 14 July suspect/s forced entry into a container within the grounds of a business on Rodbridge Corner, in the village.

A John Deere Z740R ride on lawnmower was stolen which would have required a large van or trailer to have been removed, as well as a green, Webb petrol push lawnmower with a black grass bag, and a Mountfield MB33D petrol brush cutter.

A further container was also broken into, however it is not yet know what, if anything, was stolen from within.
